Eddie Erik Sneve, 72, of Sequim died July 17 at Olympic Medical Center.
He was born March 13, 1945, to Stanley and Helen Sneve in Moscow, Idaho.
He worked a variety of jobs throughout his lifetime, from truck driving to construction, caregiving with developmentally disabled individuals and foster care. Eddie was a Vietnam vet who served three tours for the country he loved.
Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie (Dana) Boissivain of Sequim and Patricia (Mike Loch) Sneve of Tahuya, Washington; a son, Guy Stanley Sneve (Cynthia) of Kasilof, Alaska; a brother, Dennis Sneve of Richland, Washington; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren, as well as many near-and-dear-to-his-heart foster sons and daughters.
Eddie was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Caroline Smith; the love of his life, Cyndi Sneve; and a son, Marvin Bonomi.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, August 26, at 1 o'clock in Sequim at Port Williams.
